Shipping policy
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. For all personalized items, we provide proof within 24-48 hours of purchase. If you require adjustments to the proof, we will make all necessary adjustments until you're 100% satisfied, though we usually get it right on the first try! 🙂 Once the proof has been approved, we create your print and send it your way! It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.
Custom and personalized orders
Our proofing process is usually completed within 48 hours of purchase. Once we have the final approval from you on your custom print, we process the order with our print house. The printing process takes 1-3 days. After the item has been printed, shipping typically takes 1-4 days, depending on location.

Please note:
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!
Note for taxes:
Our customers from Texas need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
Change your address.
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@cedarandsage.us. Please note we process and dispatch orders within one business day of your order being placed.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been sent.
Unexpected Delays
The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised 2-8 business day delivery time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!
Parcel damaged in transit:
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
