How do I ensure my print is exactly as I want it?

For all personalized items, we provide a proof within 24-48 hours of purchase, emailed to the email address you use at checkout. If you require adjustments to the proof, we will make all necessary adjustments until you're 100% satisfied, though we usually get it right on the first try! :) Once the proof has been approved, we create your print and send it your way!

How long does it take to get my order?

Our proofing process is usually completed within 48 hours of purchase. Once we have the final approval from you on your custom print, we process the order with our print house. The printing process takes 1-3 days. After the item has been printed, shipping typically takes 1-4 days, depending on location.

Do you offer extra customization if I need something specific?

Yes! If you have a specific request for a print, just send us an email, or include it in your NOTES TO ARTIST box on your order, and we'll make it happen! We will email you if there are any issues with your request.

Where do you ship from?

All of our prints are made and shipped from right here in the USA!

What if I'm not satisfied with the way my print turned out?

We don't anticipate that, and certainly hope you get exactly what you want. This is why we go through a proof process where we ensure your print is made exactly the way you want it. However, should you have an issue with the final print once you receive it, simply reach out to us and let us know. If it's something that can be fixed by sending you a replacement, we'll do it. If it's not a fixable problem and you want your money back, we will oblige in pretty much all cases.

Do you offer any special discounts?

We are almost always running different sales. However, if you come across an item you like, and it's not on sale, just shoot us a message and we'll see what we can do!

Can I see before I buy?

Due to order volume, we only show proof of artwork post-purchase. However, if you do not like the artwork prior to printing, and we cannot agree on proper adjustments to create something you love, we will refund your purchase and cancel the order.

How Quickly Can You Answer My Question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and respond promptly. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's only sometimes possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can correct (s) your package before it departs.

There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

How Long Is The Processing Period?

Order processing times are one business day after the day you placed your order.

Most packages are prepared within 24 hours after design approval, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up, processing times may go up to 3 business days after placing your order.

Will My Order Come In One Package?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1~2 business days apart.

Out Of Stock/Backordered Items?

If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the things are not likely to be restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.

How can I change my address?

Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs.

There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

I Received A Damaged Item, What Do I Do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

How Can I Track My Order?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working? 

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders. If your tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can ensure your items were shipped correctly.

What Do I Do If Something Is Missing In My Order Or Is Damaged?

If any purchased items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

How long is the return window for products?

We accept returns within 14 days. 

Who bears the shipping cost?

We will cover defective products for you. However, you must pay the actual return delivery cost for any other returns (including customer remorse).
